Singh US provides innovative solutions from concept to completion. Singh Automation (SA) was founded in 2014
and has engineered custom automation solutions for a variety of industries, including Automotive, Medical, Food Service, and Glass Manufacturing. Continuing this path of success, SA is now expanding into developing proprietary products and solutions for vision systems and Industry 4.0 automation. To that end, Singh Vision Systems (SVS) was founded as a separate business unit to commercialize key intellectual property in exterior lighting and sensor integration for automotive and mobility segments. SVS specializes in low-volume, high-technology vehicles such as the supercar (pictured), autonomous vehicles, and electric commercial vehicles. The innovation continues. Most recently, SA identified Military-Grade insulation used in jet engines and missiles. Singh Thermal Systems (STS) was formed to repurpose the insulation to drive efficiency improvements in plastic injection molding. The insulation enables the process to run cooler which translates to running faster by 10-20%. This jump in efficiency helps molders compete with low-cost countries, opens up reshoring opportunities, and lowers the carbon footprint by that same 10-20
